What are the benefits of using over the counter insoles in my shoe?
Even in the most expensive shoe, the insole is one part that shoe manufacturers often do not give proper focus to. Because we exert literally hundreds of pounds of force on our feet each day, generic insoles tend to wear out very quickly. The benefit of a good insole is that ultimately be more comfortable on your feet and avoid unintentional injury.

For gel Insoles, how do I clean my them?
Simply remove the insole from your shoe. Wash with warm water and soap. Let air dry. Do not use or place orthotic insoles into any type of hot appliance to speed up drying process.

Should I remove my original insoles from my shoes?
You have a choice. Place the new insole over the existing one and try it out for a day. If your foot feels tight or uncomfortable inside the shoe, we would recommend you take out the original insole.

Insoles for skates, roller blades etc.? Which insoles are the best to use?
SpacewalkTM Sport insoles will provide the ultimate in support and comfort. If your skates are too big, these insoles will help fill in the extra space.

Replacing insoles? How often do I need to do it?
Depending on your usage, the life of an insole will vary between 200 to 500 miles.

Insoles for kids. Which SpacewalkTM insole provides the best arch support?
If the child has low to medium arch we would recommend our Sport insoles for kids. Our memory foam technology will mould to the child's foot alloying a more comfortable fit inside the shoe. Should the child have a high arch, he or she will be able to use either our gel or memory insoles for kids. The gel insole has a more rigid arch while the memory foam insole will gently contour to the shape of the child's foot.

Insoles for kids. Are they the same for Boys and Girls?
Yes, generally children between the age of 5 to 12 wear sizes 3 through 8. The shape of children's feet are typically the same during this growing. Therefore, we have designed our kids insoles to accommodate the shape of their feet for both girls and boys.

Flat Feet? Does Spacewalk's gel orthotic insole provide arch support?
Flat feet is a condition in which the foot doesn't have a normal arch. It may affect one foot or both feet. Most people have a gap between in the inner side of the foot and the ground when they are standing. This is referred to as an "arch". Feet that have a low arch or no arch at all are referred to as flat feet or fallen arches. SpacewalkTM gel orthotic insoles are designed to provide mid range arch support for all day comfort.

Footcare pain? I have pain in my heels as I am walking, should I use heel cups?
Yes, the heel of our foot takes on a lot of pressure during walking or running. Many people suffer from heel pain due to various reason's. We would recommend using Spacewalk's heel cushions to add shock absorption and comfort.

My feet hurt in the morning, does it mean I need Arch supports?
This inflammation is caused by excessive pronation which stretches the plantar fascia and causes fibers to be torn. By wearing Spacewalk's gel insoles with arch support, it will significantly reduce over-pronation and heel pain will diminish over time.
